Returns
Many thanks for your order! We hope you are satisfied with the ordered goods.
However, if you wish to exchange or return the goods, please send them back to us within two weeks of receipt and include the enclosed return form in the package. In case it does get later: We will gladly extend your right to exchange or return the goods. Please contact us.
Within Germany we will be happy to provide you with a return voucher for a free return shipment, this service is not available for returns outside of Germany!
And this is how it works:
RETURN VOUCHER WITHIN GERMANY
1. create your return voucher in the returns portal at GLS. Please enter your invoice number as the reference number.
2. print it out and stick it on the package.
3. please fill out the return form included in the package and put it in the package.
4. now simply hand the package in at a GLS branch, the postage has already been paid.
5. please keep the GLS receipt until your return has been processed here at mamalila.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange the goods, we advise you to order the new goods from us and wait with the return of the already delivered goods. Then you can try parallel which product is better for you.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD
Returns from outside of Germany must be sent back to us postage paid. Please do not send unstamped packages, we have to charge you for the additional costs.
