Description
An all-round functional babywearing jacket for dads that turns babywearing into an outdoor experience. The jacket itself meets all requirements of a high-quality outdoor jacket: a well-fitting, adjustable hood, pre-shaped sleeves for great freedom of movement, underarm zippers, large zippered pockets. The jacket is waterproof (fully taped) and has a water column of 15,000 mm. The included baby insert, which can be used at the front or back, ensures that the baby sits comfortably and securely under the jacket. In case of rain or wind, the patented waterproof rain cover keeps the child dry. It can also be used as a headrest so that the child can be carried comfortably under the jacket even in bad weather or on a longer tour. Necessary items can also be stored in the pocket of the baby insert. The baby is carried under the jacket in a baby carrier.

Sustainability
That's how sustainable the Explorer jacket is:
- recycled material to reduce waste
- fibre-to-fibre recycling (Polyamid): existing textile fibres are used to create new ones, thus closing the loop of material usage
- plastic-free packaging ex work
- no chemicals that are difficult to degrade / harmful to health (FC-free water repellancy, PTFE-free membrane)
- longevity due to multi-use
Care Instructions
- 30 degrees in the washing machine (easy care)
- use detergent for functional clothing
- no fabric softener
- do not use a wool/fine detergent (damages the membrane)
- to maintain water repellency, tumble dry on a low setting after washing or iron on the outside, avoiding the sea
Re-impregnation with FC-free products, e.g. Nikwax
